Anesthesia services provided in the dental office will cost considerably less than the same services provided in a hospital.  An average cost for 2-3 hours of dental procedure in a hospital would range from $15,000-$20,000.  Even the out of pocket expense for a case that is covered by insurance would exceed far beyond the cost of anesthesia in the dental office. An average cost of anesthesia in the dental office would range from only $1000-$1500.

Fees for general anesthesia are based on the length of the procedure. Your dentist can provide you with an estimate of how much time he or she will require to complete all the work you or your child needs. You will receive an estimate of service fee prior to your treatment, and we will expect payment at the time the services are rendered.  General anesthesia payments are handled separately from those for the dental procedure. A down payment is required when scheduling general anesthesia appointment. The remainder is required on the day of the procedure. Personal check, all major credit cards and cash is acceptable. We will be more than happy to provide you with the proper insurance forms to be sent to your medical insurance for your reimbursement. We ask that you should be aware of any policy benefit limitation.  Many of our patients in the past have been able to receive reimbursement from insurance with our help.
